Description Spiral flower script

This script will produce a spiral looking like a flower
The transforms are random transforms, so I will suggest you run the script until you find a flame you like.
Then you can tweak it (especially transform 2 will with a little tweaking produce some nice spirals.)

This is a "clean" script, well at least more clean, than I have done before.

If you want to add more flowers add a 3th triangle, remove the linear
variation and add either a julia or a julian variation around 0.35-0.75.
Move it around, try resizing and so on.

If you use it I would love a link back to my homepage [link]
and a note for me so I can see it

Hello, and thank you for sharing your beautiful creation!

Am I right in understanding that the image is free to use, so long as we link back to your site? I'm actually considering it for a book cover...

Ok I may sound like a newbie here, but I've tried to download the script but when i try to open it, it doesn't seem to really work. How do I get it to go onto my apophysis?

gitte In reply to mycomputersucks [2008-03-15 07:18:02 +0000 UTC]

Yes comments it out with these two // ... on some computers it wont work, and I dont know why. You can also choose to find another gradient than the you have used when you started the script it will make the job too.

sorry .. I think you are using the 3-d hack version ? It do not run on this. Use the newest plain version 2.07-

hollyelizabethjean In reply to hollyelizabethjean [2007-11-19 08:48:09 +0000 UTC]

Ok I figured part of it out. It doesn't work in the 3d Hack. I ran it in the 2.07 and it came out very nice.
