Description
I like my art to be tactile. To be appreciated by touch as well as sight.This is a very personal thing as I was blind as a child and my sense of touch has remained really important to me.
My elephant is a mixed media composition on canvas. I used modelling medium for most of the 2D features and hot glue for the tusks.
The elephant is one I had the pleasure to watch playing in water during a recent visit to Singapore zoo.
