Here is a shot of Cybersix along with Julian from Cybersix television series. Cybersix was aired on Foxkids in 1999 for one year before being taken off.

Data 7 is the brother to Cybersix who was a human child before but switched into a panther's body as part of a frankenstein experiment. Like his sister, he have enhanced strength and jumping abilities. I believe Cybersix had the same experiment done except she was remain as a human. They were both separated for around ten years and their first reunion was them fighting each other. Data 7 remained a main character for the rest of the season as a very loving and caring panther along side Cybersix.

Julian is a homeless street kid who befriended Cybersix and Data 7. He seems to live with Data 5 which is pretty darn cool to have a big cat as a pillow.
