Blitzo have just gotten finished with Stolas. He will sell his body to Stolas in exchange for the use of his Grimoire to be used to go to Earth to sell his murder for hire services. Stolas knows this and he will hold it over Blitzo's head, reason why we are able to hear explicit advances which he have to swallow if he wants use of the Grimoire. I wonder how much control Stolas really over Blitzo, like if he wants 30 minutes he will get 30 minutes and Blitzo have to hold it.
