Here is a shot of Ozzy and Strut from Land Before Time II. Ozzy and Strut have both just arrived to the Great Valley for plentiful food, especially eggs. He doesn't want to see his brother eat green food while he is around.

Ozzy is very controlling toward his own brother. He has his hand around Strut's neck, restricting him in putting green food into his own body. Only thing Strut allows him to eat are eggs.

Only if the movie were to allowed Ozzy and Strut eat some eggs. Maybe they come across a nest of four chicken sized eggs. Ozzy would then watch Strut swallow an egg whole and then he does the same to share the experience with his brother.
