Here is a montage of images of Smarty from Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988). Smarty has an actual name and credited as Smart Ass. He is a weasel, the sergeant of the Toon Patrol, and secondary antagonistic in the movie.Bob Hopkins (1942-2014) is also seen in one of the shots. Anyone who have seen this movie as a child growing up becomes a fan of Bob Hopkins performance along with toon characters.
