My favourite country is totally Holland, maybe England.
I was in England a few years ago, and I am pretty good in english (if you think of my age),
but when I came there I couldn't understand a word! I was in Nottingham... (Robbin Hood-place.)
Well... You are great in english, but it's kinda cheating, since you are American...
What's your favourite country?

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-24 18:45:11 +0000 UTC]

Actually, I study English in school... I'm 13,
So right now we're learning 'bout: should, shouldn't, and mustn't...
In Sweden, the level of 13 year old kids is like, "I washed my clothes once, it was hard."
I can speak swedish, and English... I have been studying French for half a year, my Netherlands is bad.
Oh my, oh my... you have been around O.O Mexico? How's it like there?
You are so lucky you get the chance to travel around that much!
How many languages can you speak?? Like 79 or something?

Haha, i have never been to mexico, but i have been so near and the weather in the area is so warm, i want to live there some day. there or brazil, or New york. haha
I am only completely fluent in english, but i can speek a little of spanish, czech, and really really tiny bit of german. but i want to improve my spanish once i get back to america.
yes compaired to the thirteen year olds in the czech, your english is soo good!

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-26 10:38:45 +0000 UTC]

I love warm countries! In sweden it is awfully cold in the winter, but earth is changing because of all destruction.
Spanish is an awfullly huge language! It's getting bigger and bigger! I mean, in Sweden, everyone is studying Spanish.
(well... not everyone, but like LOTS of younger ppl choose spanish when they have to study languages.)
AMERICA is so... I don't know... far away! And so huge! I've lived outside the city all my life, and I loathe crowds! But it's just how I'm brought up...
Thanks ^^

yeah america is really different compaired to the czech, and sometimes it gets really hard

Is it harder to live in Czech than in America? I can't believe my ears...
Isn't it really hard to live in America, then? I mean, I'd go crazy, and run to alaska to escape or something.
6 months, huh? How long have you been in Europe anyways?
You have to enjoy Euroupe, then you can brag to all your american friends! It is wonderful! You can't disagree!!!
Haha, Maybe it'll get the international language, who knows?
Aaaanyways, you like Gorillaz? (I don't remember if I asked you before, or not... I have no good memory )

I have been in eroupe for about half a year, and i only have one half left.
I like eroupe, its great, but compaired to america, it is alot different.
Im used to alot of noise and all of these different cultures, there is so much racism in the czech.
its hard to get used to. we switched with a lady from the czech. and right now she is in chicago, in america were we are from, she said it was really hard because everyone is very loud and busy all the time.
its kind of true, america is really busy, and it never stops, but i grew up around it and i dont know, i like it that way, you know?

i LOVE the gorillaz!!!! there so good! i love there first cd
and i have one of there re mixded ones called lakia come home, its sooo good

I get kinda angry/mad in a few hours and want to go home... lol
So do you have any interests/hobbies? Like music, art, photographing and stuff?

Gorillaz is great! I've only heard a few songs, but I think they're awesome!
I recognized your signature as fast as I saw it (but I thought I asked you before... Couldn't remember it, so I asked (again?) haha.)
And I totally love their music videos, demons, man they're awesome...
Actually, I like indie, anytime >.< I'm a big music geek! All my friends get so sick of me! haha.
I love Kent, and all different kinds of nice music

no belive it or not, my hair is actually light brown/blondish
it looks bad on me and washes me out. people tell me that dark
looks better on me because it makes my eyes bigger or something
like that, but i might go to a darker brown after this or get highlights or something. i dont know, i dont know how to get a hair cut or getting it colored here when i dont speek czech that well, so iv been coloring it my self. haha
ooo a comic artist! you do read any manga?

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-26 21:23:31 +0000 UTC]

I saw your eyebrows they were light, so I thought your hair must be, too.
I don't know if it looks bad on you, since I've never seen it, but i'm sure it looks nice on you, anyways ^^
Hehe, but don't people know how to speak english? Then you could get a haircut... But I think your hair is so pretty, now!
It's so curly... And dark hair does fit you ^^ My hair was before long and blonde-ish...
But then I cut it all off, and dyed it, first red, then dark brown... afterwards people told me my hair lookes gross before,
and that short hair was so much better on me... haha... nice friends (one told me I looked like a hobo before I cut it...)

I didn't get an answer on the piercing question!!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

GivingTree In reply to Kranjska [2008-01-27 09:52:58 +0000 UTC]

oh yeah, i remember when i was 12, i dyed my hair really bright red, like blood red and people would say "wow thats very....interesting!" and then they would make a face when i think i wasent looking. alot of people didnt like it. lol oh well. i liked it. is blondish your real color? what is your real color? yeah my friends do really crazy things to there hair, my friend alex, who is black has this really corse type of hair so she has it in cornrows.
its really cool and my friend brittany, i think her hair is purple right now, i dont know. XD

oh yeah! i forgot, yeah i got my piercing when i was 14, last year. i asked my parents one day if i could get something pierced and they said yes! i was so shocked, because they were so cool with it! it hurt a little bit, but it was so worth it. i love it. i want to get my nose pirced soon.
do you have anything pierced?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-27 10:51:56 +0000 UTC]

What is cornrows?? O.O Never heard of it.
Blondish-brownish... is really my real colour... haha, I actually wanted to dye my hair black, but my parents are really strict about that stuff... I bought a black dye once, when they didn't see... they got mad. Not good -.-''
They saw 'Miami Ink' once, and started mumbling about how stupid they were, getting tattoos that will never go off.
So I'll never ever get a piercing or tattoo, even if I wanted to, but if I'd ever do it, I would get my tongue pierced
Since I can't do anything permanent to my body means I so it in other ways, like I always do omething drastic with my hair everytime I have a cutting-apointment (what do you call it??? lol), everyone tells me it won't work, and when I do it, it turns out great! Last time I cut off my really long fringe/bangs (you say bangs in USA?) and made it straight cut off...

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

GivingTree In reply to Kranjska [2008-01-27 14:48:20 +0000 UTC]

that sounds so pretty! yeah i think if you know what you want, and you know how your hair will work with it, then i think you should just go for it! (we just say hair apointment. lol and yeah we say bangs) i went to a hair apointment one time and i asked for the girl to dye my hair black but she said ooo no that wont look right so she dyed it brown! and it didnt look that good, i know what i want! lol. haha yeah, i understand my parents are ok with piercings but they really dont like tattoos. atleast my mom doesnt, but i dont care, im still going to get one someday. haha
cornrows are really really small briads that go all over your head. i want to get them someday, when my hair gets longer, i saw a girl with really long hair and she had cornrows. it looked so cool!!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-27 18:03:04 +0000 UTC]

So cornrows is these kinda... rasta braids? My... hairchopper is really great when it comes to style, she always help me out!
I think I'm gonna let my hair grow out, so I can do a bob, a more 'natural bob' haha.
In Czech lots of ppl have naturally black hair, don't they?? I think it is awesomely pretty!
Piercings are nice, they're not permanent, like tattoos, you can take them out, but, they leave tiny holes in the skin.
Don't like tattoos... they're icky, in my opinion... I love movies ^^ My family are total movie-maniacs...
My brother has seen most of the movies in the rent-place where I live.
LOVE Jane Austens movies, and Fingersmith (book by Sarah Waters), the actor Sally Hawkins is so amazing, I love her

Do you have sisters and brothers? I only have brothers, two bigger brothers

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

GivingTree In reply to Kranjska [2008-01-27 19:44:59 +0000 UTC]

yeah cornrows are just really small versions of dredlocks, really
yeah right now i am just growing out my hair. i remeber this time last year my hair was so short. it was like boy short. haha. i went through this faze were i kept cutting my hair. it was really bad. but then i stoped and now my hair is long. i havent had long hair in a really long time.
mm yes some people in the czech. have really dark hair, iv seen all different colors actually exept for red hair. i havent seen natural red heads.
wow yeah my family also really like movies! i like jane austen alot too! i like pride and predjuice the best!
yes i have a little sister, who is 7! i always wanted an older brother! what are there names?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-27 20:06:29 +0000 UTC]

I thought you had long hair for your whole life? But now I see, I was wrong ^^
I only know one guy with red hair, he's in my french class. (and my brothers classmate, but he doesn't count) I am thinking of bleaching some highlights in my hair... it'll probably not happen, but it's a nice thought
I haven't seen the Pride and Predjuice... Have to see it! Soon going to rent... I think it's called something like "Jane Austen's life" or something like that...
Well... haha, I don't know what to say about my brothers... They're about your age, and really annoying my arse off But I like them anyways.
Adriaan and Laurens are their names, it's dutch. I don't know if I can give you their myspaces,
but what are little sisters for, if not to annoy? And I'm sure they won't mind, since they'll never find out >.<

oh yeah definetly see pride and predjudice. its a great movie. mm jane austens life....would it be "becomming jane?" i think thats a name of a film. lol yeah my litttle sister, we are really different people and at times she is sooooooooo annoying. it gets hard living with her at times, we look completely different. lol some times people are like, you guys are related?
i have a picture of her in my da :[link]
i hope that link worked, its the first time iv made one. haha
hey what does your signature say? is it in sweedish?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kranjska In reply to GivingTree [2008-01-28 08:58:23 +0000 UTC]

I don't have a myspace, since... well, I don't have anyone to talk to.
I think it might be "Becoming Jane" It's possible, since the movie has a Swedish title, I translated it
Sisters and brothers are awesome! I mean, it would be really hard to live without them... I mean, we have two ppl in my class who are the only child, noone to wrestle with, noone to shout at, noone to annoy...
Your sister is really cute ^^ [link] this is her, yes?

My Signature means, if you translate it:
"Like a Romeo in jeans on your balcony
(I want you, you are mine you are only mine)
I am the shadow at your door once again
(I want you, I am yours I am only yours)
And your dress is like cloth in my hand"
Kent - Romeo returns alone.

It's not perfect translated, I don't know ALL the words, but it is really close to exact.

Yes, it's Kent once again... they write really depressing songs, which is kind of annoying, but oh so good inspiration!
I found a poem I wrote a while ago... It was really depressin' me, and I think it was inspired from Kent,
And a girl jumping towards madrass-padded walls...
I just finished my book today (well, it's not a book, it is just a empty book I filled up with nonsense, really ),
I've written like.. 100 pages or something *phew!*
Too bad nothing stick together, and that I burned lots and lots of it.
I'm buying a new one tomorrow, and a sketchbook, too...
Gonna fill up my 0,5 pencil.. It's empty... lol.

whoa, 100 pages ?!?!?!?! thats pretty good!
sometimes when i am really sad, i write a poem and i think its brilliant and then later when i come back to it im like " wow, this sounds so dumb." lol
oo yeah i love reading, my favorite book is probibly the hobbit by Tolkein and i love the harry potter stuff, how about you?

Hmm.. Actually, I write this lame kinda 'teen' stuff... you can find it all over the net... [link] for example...
My poems are always depressed, it's really hard to make a happy poem! Believe me, i tried way to many times... so many wasted hours...
I hate when I discover my paintings (that I thought were awesome, and brilliant) from a year back or two sucks, it makes me grumpy, and sad.
I LOVE reading, I bury my nose in anything I can find, but I am picky (is that right?)
I tried reading Tolkien's Bilbo... I actually fell asleep, and stopped after a while, but I'll try reading it in a few years,
then I might understand... I love Celia Rees books, I have all of her books
And I am currently trying to read Sarah Waters "the Nightwatch" or it's called something like that, it's nice ^^

I learn lots of english, writing this stuff everyday

I THINK it's called the nightwatch... of the nightguard or something like that...
I'm not sure what it's about.. I'm not that far in the book, and I am looking through the house for it (since my mother decided to check it out, and then forgot where she put it...) But it's some kind of tangled up lives through 4 londoners, who have been affected by the war. So, there are two lesbians who have to keep their love a secret, A coworker, and her brother... I think it seems nice
Tests... Homework... I don't really know what mid-year exam is,
but we do have a test, to see if you learned anything that year, and if you have to start over that class and stuff...
My school's really lame, I had my FIRST REAL test a few days ago, in french. I got an A... (We don't use that kind of grades, but I almost got the highest point, so I think its letters you use in america...) We don't get grades until we're 14/15 years, but we got something like grades... lol

A mid year exam is a pain in the ass. lol they are really big tests that coveres everything you learned aleady in the year. there is also one at the end of the school year too. they are worth alot of points. :/ oo A in french? not bad!
