Description
I'm guessing this is a Muscovy Duck although I'm not sure what kind of duck it is (or if it is even a duck and not a superficially similar species). I saw it wandering around the park today so I figured I'd snap some photos, It wasn't afraid of people so my guess is either someone was taking their duck out on a walk today or people have fed it and its companion frequently enough for them to not consider humans to be a threat to them.Related content

It is a Muscovy Duck. I used to get chased by those damn things all the time when I went to the park with my friends.

Sorry to hear that you've been attacked by them, Are they normally really aggressive? I know Geese are terribly territorial but I've never figured ducks would be the same way.

I assume it attacked me because it was mating season. Otherwise they're pretty docile unless messed with.
