Surprisingly it didn't take all that long, only about an hour or two from trying to figure out a pose to what you see here. If I had stopped to think about it adding a background would have probably only taken another 30minutes, but I was having problems with smudging already and didn't wanna risk it.

I worked at a startup as a Web Developer (1 engineer, 5 developers, 5 interns, 1 senior UI designer in total).
I designed various marketing web sites and launched them on AWS servers.
They went under after I was there for about 2 months, pretty much over night. Was hoping to stay for 1-3 years.

That's terrible... sad thing is that just happens to small startups anymore, they just go until they collapse without warning. I'd blame the interns, but that joke would be in bad taste right now.
