Description Finally! This took me nearly a week. Its a portrait of a Predator (Yautja) from the films Predator and Alien Vs Predator. Done on A4 paper, used B and 5B pencils, used lots of reference pictures to get the overall shape and form of the head. Added some interesting patterns on the head also. I didnt want to draw the neck as I thought it would ruin it, you probably wouldnt see the jaw line and some of the dreads would have been lost aswell.

I think you nailed this one!! Your darks are very dark...One of my weaknesses. I like this as a floating head but I agree with Nonobot that it might look good with the neck...nice pencil work on this! Definite thumbs up!

Mm, think you should have drawn in the neck though. If youre worried about ruining it, scan it, print it and try it out on the printed copy. :b
