- HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! -
So it's Pride Month, and I might as well make content for my OCs who fall under the LGBTQ+ ! While I have plenty of OCs with different sexualities, only recently have I started making OCs around the gender spectrum! Cacciatore here is officially my first Non-Binary OC and honestly I've personally avoided doing OCs on the gender spectrum since I've been afraid of misrepresenting and offending people when it isn't my intention to do so :0
I really could have just stuck to the usual Flag holding art since that was my original plan, but I then decided not to. It's Jojo, so I ended up pretty much doing my best to Fashionβ’ and still put the NB Flag, or at least a representation of it on Caccia's shirt using their usual chevron patterns! Part of me feels like I'm really going to end up making this one of their outfits!
I may end up making these for different OCs of mine, since I actually doΒ have a few more in mind!

This outfit is KILLER ugh I love how you incorporated the flag colors into the pattern that they already wear and they look amazing!
I totally feel you on that hesitation to kind of branch out on the spectrum out of fear of being insensitive or inaccurate but honestly to me, being worried about that is a good sign, and it matters more that you use that concern to do the research necessary to portray it tastefully, which personally I feel like you're doing!
I hope you do more of this kind of Pride series for other OCs you have!

I'm glad someone understands ; A ; I try my best to not just slap a gender identity willy nilly for whatever reason, because I know that just slapping the label on without proper research is just doing that an injustice! But I am very happy you feel that way about my approach huhu it does mean a lot!

You are correct about the coloring! I tried to find a way to make the shading work since I wanted this to be bright and well-lit! I'm glad you noticed!
