The pic's really good, I can really see nothing wrong with it! The only thing is that you forgot Vaati's trademark scar below his eye. All else, with the highlights, the shading, the light perspective, the pose... they all seem fine.
Great job! I love the cute pink speech bubble with his eye there, too!

Vaati looks scary.That's VERY rare from me, I like all forms of Vaati, But this is just scary.If i was younger and didnt like Vaati so much, this would give me nightmares.0-0 I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing though XD

I always squeal to see Vaati fan art, so coming across this makes me feel all happy inside. ^.^ It looks wonderful! His pose is awesome and I totally adore his expression (great work on the coloring, btw)! ^^

You want constructive crit? ....Dang, I'm not comming up with any. Usually I can due to workshop training in college; we crit each other's work in class, so I've developed a helpful critical eye. But that eye can't find much right now. Even from a graphic design perspective, I'm blanking. The eye is captured and bounced around quite effectively. While that magical effect in the hand might've drawn the eye off the page(because the purple streaks run right off the page), you balance it well with the logo to the left and the eye at the top. This creates a "triangle" that keeps the eye bouncing around in the frame of the work. Such triangles are one of the best compositional tools for just that reason. A lot of paintings employ that technique.
I suppose if you want me to get nit-picky, I'd say that the shading could be a tad darker. But that's no big deal.

Lesse, about the coloring. Maybe it'll look better if you added some more highlights? I understand the game is fairly simplistic, but maybe some more shading and highlights will make it stand out a bit more.
