Um, I used an air duct I got from the local hardward/home improvement store for lik 7 bucks. And then I stretched it out and attached it to a back plate/belt. I glued on a thin layer of batting over the duct so the little rings/bumps got smoothed over and then made a spandex cover for it.
I've done a stuffed tail before (for 1st form) and used "polyfill' to stuff it, but that makes it SUPER heavy and it just drags everywhere.

Ah! Thanks for the tip. I was considering using polyfill for the tail, actually, but I don't want the weight of it yanking on the latex or anything when I walk. Especially since the latex is extremely unforgiving to stretching. :/
