A new face to the league, a cocky, overconfident lil Sylveon. She looooves to show off to the crowd and mostly joined to wear cute clothes for a lot of people. She wasn't ready for the ample amounts of butt kicking that would follow ^^Surprise! New character. I had something planned for Honey but, there were a ton of anthro Sylveon characters appearing in my home page so I got some inspiration.
