Another one I need Rocki and Cin confirmed so that I can finish my artwork for the competition. (I also plan on having it finished before the 24th)
Edit: added some legs (they look terrible) and changed her expression. Less scary looking
Edit: turns out autocorrect is at it again. If I could curse anything it would be autocorrect doing its job at the wrong time back to her regular snarl
Edit: added better info about her education and Earth based Wrecking Ball move and an 'interesting fact'

Personality:

Temperamental, rough, pessimistic and observant. It’s usually hard to tell what Cindi is thinking or whether she’s joking or not. She has a temper that can get out of control but tries to stay calm in infuriating moments. She doesn't believe in love saying that “love is for losers”. She hates losers, but she hates sour losers even more. “Complaining about a loss is pointless and childish”.

Saying that she can be a bit childish herself at times if she finds something unfair or frustrating. Overall she knows a good deal when she sees one and knows when to punish someone who has done wrong, through beatings or pranking’s. An example is when two smugglers tried to sell her shoddy merchandise and she killed them both (after their first beating didn't get through of course). She can have a foul mouth if she wants to. She’s not afraid to get down and dirty and loves a good fight. She has a soft spot for younglings.

Abilities/powers:

Earth Shake- shakes the earth tipping enemies/opponents off balance

Earthquake- earth cracks open to swallow the unexpected. Also capable of closing cracks

Earth Rumble- rocks shoot up from the earth to smash into opponents

Wrecking Ball- ‘blob’ of earth energy extends from her mouth; she can swing it around like a wrecking ball (requires a lot of energy to sustain it)

Vibrations- can create and can feel vibrations in the earth; concentration is needed to feel smaller or deeper vibrations

Fury- earth begins to shake around Cindi and loose rocks levitate around her. Continuous waves of earth then go outwards at the peak of the Fury and massive crevices open up, levitating rocks fly outward at the same time followed by a wave of energy

These abilities/powers are very powerful and can even cause tsunamis

She can also control the strength of each ability/power

She uses normal moves to attack as well including head butting, clawing, punching, kicking and a favourite of hers clubbing

There are still secrets she has yet to discover with her Earthquake Element

Her Wrecking Ball is an Earth based move from that Element and is the only one she has or ever will learn from Earth

Weaknesses:

Her abilities (except her Wrecking Ball and Vibration) are useless on solid ice, metal and wood as she needs earth to use her element. Deep water like the ocean hampers her abilities (except Wrecking Ball if she’s able to use it). She can’t use her abilities well if flying too high off the ground (except her Wrecking Ball).

Asthma- conditions in the mine trigger her asthma where she has difficulty breathing. Similar conditions can also trigger it e.g. particular ‘gassy’ and/or ‘smoky’ elemental attacks.

She is afraid of the unknown and being forgotten. She was extremely hostile towards her sister after she told her she was moving to the 2nd Class District.

Interesting fact: Cinthia has a secret soft side that has only come out towards her family (not even to Bren).
