"I need no sympathy."My headcanon is that awhile after the execution, in her grieving for the Sufferer, the Disciple realizes she can't just hide in her cave forever, and wail and lament. She has to carry on, and continue teaching the Sufferer's way, even behind the back of the Condesce, because that's what he would've wanted. For his word to continue spreading, even in lieu of his passing. So she does.
