This is what I've been drawing for the past couple of months. Problematic is definitely one of the words I would use. The amount of time I spent starting this again was insane!

requested that I draw this and was impeccably patient throughout the whole process. I really hope you like how it came out. I don't think it's quite how you wanted it, but I really did try.

Anyway, Hoopa. It has an alternate form that makes the normal one completely useless. I can't help but feel that is a bit pointless.
I mean, why bother with the normal form if there is no reason to ever use it?
That said, Hoopa's concept is pretty cool, and the design is neat (Even if we already have a few Genie-style Pokemon).
