Unfortunately I do not know much about him. I have not taken the time to peruse writings, so all I can say with certainty is that he wears a Kanohi hybrid of the Suletu and the Kaumau.
The build itself is more based on version of his structure below.

So I tried to really get down a mechanical feel to him, and he is by far the farthest I've gone out of my comfort zone in terms of body structure. Still, he was fun, and um, I gave him hair. Forgive me. Enjoy!
