Just how I think Dick would/should react to his brothers leaving to parts unknown. And Bruce. Yes, I kicked him into cement. How else do you keep that escape artist in one place?

I loved watching Jason's and Damian's facial expressions change... First they were both all surprised, then Jason got mad when Tim showed up, then Damian got mad (probably because he feels insulted that Dick thought he would ever run away; after all, he was Dick's Robin first), and then they were both all "Say what?!" upon hearing about Bruce getting kicked into cement... Seriously, I think I cracked a rib from that alone.
And then the last panel... I nearly fell out of my chair. And my chair is kind of hard to fall out. Seriously though, in was so in-character. Jason being all "I'll stick around to watch Bruce suffer", Damian's all "On one hand, he's my father. On the other, Grayson let me drive the Bat-mobile when he was Batman..." and Tim's just like "Well, at least I don't have to go on a glorified treasure hunt through time, because Bruce isn't going anyway". (Also, we all know that the real reason Bruce is so ticked off at being stuck in cement is because if he doesn't get unstuck, he's going to miss his date with Catwoman.)
