Whoof! This page took me all damn week to illustrate. (It's also the main reason I couldn't stream yesterday.) I had to experiment with more with battle effects, and one solution was to use manga templates for things like fire and explosions. Some adjustments are required in applying the B&W templates to a colour comic, but it should save time in the long run. Any shortcut is a benefit, because this battle scene is really draining my stamina. Anyhoo, it looks like Max and Alicia survived the first blast, but will they make it all the way to the trucks? Or will Eggman's assault get them first?
