I just love how the "T" in his face changes expressions, like Deadpool's mask does sometimes.

I love the MMZ styled Vile, if they do make another Zero or ZX, I hope they use something like that.

These are damn nice. Β I've always been a huge fan of Vile. Β Never really knew about his Zero concept design until this moment. Β Never noticed until now the MK II has more of a downward sloped visor/helmet versus his other designs. Β Still, MK II was my favorite design of all of them. Β

Vile and Sigma were the toughest characters to draw because of the level of detail involved. They took three times longer to complete than the sketches of Sonic. Still, I wanted to include their different designs throughout the series, including that MMZ concept art of Vile that was never used.

I imagine the original character designer had quite a time of it, so I understand what you mean. And I figured that's what the bottom Vile was referencing, despite I'm not exactly a big fan of the Zero series (never finished the first one truthfully).Β

I didn't like the MMZ series either. I even wrote a journal entry about it several years ago in which you expressed similar feelings then too. A lot of fans are clamoring for a Mega Man sequel, but I don't think MMZ5 is one of them.

But yes, my feelings haven't changed even since then. I don't care what Capcom thinks, I want another X game in any case.Β
