I am going to guess the black one is called sarugamon like sarugami
then nuemon
then the humanlooking one is hanumamon or woukongmon

The black one is actually, Babimon. He is named after Babi of Egyptian Mythology, but Sarugamon does sound more dangerous though...hmmm.
You are correct about Nuemon, but i guess it was pretty obvious as to what he was based on lol
The Human-looking one is actually Valimon, he is based on Vali from the Indian epic Ramayana. I went with this because Hanumon is Apemon's official name and I didn't even think of woukongmon. I like Valimon because it's a choice that I believe no one would've thought of using, especially since most humanoid monkey men are based on Sun Wukong.

The reason I chose Vali was for his boon which made him invincible in fights, even Hanumon couldn't beat him outright...but all of my current Digimon have a *SPOILER*

he was not invincible in combat it was just that his foe were at half power aslong as they were fighting
