that's a Kraftwerk reference, he's not actually a Robotnik robot

so this one's a fun one.
I realized I didn't have any robots, and that was totally unacceptable. And I needed more characters to do in this style.

The idea here:
the Artificial Chaos were a Space Colony ARK project, and you can't convince me that GUN wouldn't relentlessly steal them. Add fifty years of technological advancement and mass production, and bam, a more refined Artificial Chaos robot. Artificial Chaos v2, if you will.
And then blah blah early model blah blah tendency to malfunction blah blah blah blah guess what happens when you try to harness the power of a god of destruction and entropy into a robot blah blah free will.
His name's Glitch, because I'm predictable.
