Patch is a valedictorian graduate of Fluffia's Academy of Arts! While she does not dress fancy that often, when it comes to represent her Department of Crafts, she will proudly don the ceremonial uniform of this prestigious academy - Ars Creare Est Vivere!... or something like that
Some non-canon lore for this outfit for the September's ATR. I went way overboard for a raffle so next ATR will have the least amount of effort as possible lol
