Description
First time I uploaded a Chicago-Variant Bootscreen.Unofficial History:
Windows Phoenix was a development build and pre-release for Windows 98. It was built on the MS-DOS framework and used the MS-DOS Procedure at startup. Later on, Several themes and features from Microsoft PLUS! for Windows 95 would be compatible with Windows Phoenix. This version of Windows Phoenix was a prototype and it was often unstable since it had higher requirements.
