At last!
I'm done coloring this! Not entirely pleased with the sky...stupid clouds...Yes, now my sky blue colored pencil is dead and so is my hand TT_TT I'm extremely pleased wtih his necklace...and his hair...and possibly his eyes 
Is it just me, or do those "clouds" look more like those splotch paintings than actual fluffy patches of moisture? O_o

Edit: Darkened the lines. It looks a little better, I guess. I'll fix the coloring as soon as I can get around to it.

Oh wow, I love your picture! Everything looks wonderful here (particularly the backgroud--I adore your clouds, to be honest. They look more "real" and less stylistic than in many fan arts I've seen...they're really great! ^^). Anyway, because I so rarely (and painfully, this is the truth) never see any fan artwork for poor Raphael, I absolutely must add this to my favorite's! You've done a wonderful job on it! ^_^
