u r missing Cold Stream, a campaign for Nick and the others of his team, oh and u really shouldn't count Last Stand, it isn't even a campaign, u just stand at a lighthouse and fight if enemies until u die...it isn't even a canon campaign where as the rest are:

I know that Cold Stream and Last Stand aren't canon to the series, look at when this was uploaded.

no cold stream is canon,because the ending results in them surviving, it takes place after The Parish, last stand isn't canon because it basically a survival mode. it a Horde Mode (GOW) of Left 4 Dead. BTW in case u r interested the first Left 4 Dead is worthless now u can get all those campaigns on left 4 dead 2 now with the melee weapons, new special infected and new weapons etc... that s what i did...and then i sold left 4 dead. now i can play all campaigns on Left 4 Dead 2 (saves switching over the cds)

Cold Stream wasn't created by Valve, it's a community campaign made by a group of mappers. It was only added to the game because Valve themselves liked the design and idea of it. The campaign itself wouldn't be canon simply because the survivors survive the end of the level.
Going by your logic, all custom campaigns should be canon because the survivors simply make it to the end, minus the Survival maps. And since when could it have taken place
If it isn't made by Valve, then it isn't canon, widely accepted & acknowledged.

go on the website, it is canon, it may not have been made by Valave but that is irrelevent, they clearly deemed it part of the storyline because they approved of it. it takes place after The Parish. the canon story of the whole Left 4 Dead series is that all the survivors survive (except for Bill who sacrifices himself in The Sacrifice and in The Passing you see his dead body). the only reason the Last Stand isn't canon is because it isn't really a story or campaign, u just sit around and kill infected until u die, it is a survival mode effectively (also it doesn't recognise the death of Bill). just because it wasn't created by the company doesn't mean it isn't canon, so long as it doesn't contradict the facts of the story it generally is, Valve said this themselves. the makers of the game called FEAR split up after the first one, one half made two expantions while the main company continued on to do FEAR 2...the expantions are still considered canon by mutual agreement, that is a similar sort of situation

You can get Crash Course for both XBOX360 and PC, but on the XBOX360 you have to pay 560 Microsoft points and on the PC you get it for free on STEAM.
