It's just some Rosy X Tails art.If you do not like this couple then please do not comment or such.
Rosy looked at Tails while walking down the cold corridor and she thought to herself "I wonder..." and then it happened, without a regret Rosy decided to hurl Tails up the wall and he couldn't get out of her grip and then she grabbed his hand and locked them with her fingers and then kissed him until she ran out of breath.

It's a seperate character.
It's a alternate version of Rosy who is Amy, but brainwashed into thinking she is a different person.
She is part of my Thunder Crash comic series.
