(this is my 2nd time drawing it, since my computer got a virus and wiped all my files off my computer!!
)Her head looked better in the last drawing, but I hope it doesn't look too bad...

4 stars for vision as it is very clear that she is a fairy, she is powerful and that she is one of love. I really like how the hearts seem to be spiraling around her much like leaves in the wind. It makes her seem much more powerful.
3 stars for originality cause its not that original as it is a commission of an OC that I know quite well. But on the other hand i really like the pose that you did. It's cute it has good proportions and it truly makes her look like she is flying.
4.5 stars for technique cause i really think you did a great job on this. Really impressed with the wings and how you made them import but not too important - does that make sense. I have one issue with the way that you drew her bodice, that is that the two points should come to the same level on girl. I know its on a slant but they should be aligned and at first i thought the right side was too high and now i think the left side is too high.
Impact 5 stars cause it truly is beautiful and it feels strong, i kinda feel connected to it more than i usually do to Andy. Which is really good for a piece of art and amazing for a piece of winx art.
So overall good job.
p.s. the simplicity of the background really works.

I definitely feel your pain on THAT one. ~_~ just happened to ME last week, and I lost the latest chapter of my book. >_< thankfully it was only 7 pages and I already rewrote most of it, but still. >_<
