I think it's high time I broke up all this writing with a piece of visual art that I finished over a week ago.I'm *hoping* to make this into a bookmark, but I'm heavily stuck on side 2 of the bookmark, and also lacking time due to a full time job and actually kind of ramping up my participation (even though it's without challenges) in FFM.

I really like this one myself - the extremely detailed background is amazing (both in the sense of impressive, and that it just looks good), and I also love the transparency of her tail. My favorite thing about this is the shading, though. The textures on everything look awesome, and I actually particularly like the shading on her skin. Also, the transition between her tail and torso is great.

I love this piece so so much. I'm really glad you finished it. The level of detail is amazing!
First, the background is so well done and complicated. My favorite part is where the transparent part of her tail is in front of that. I also massively enjoy her pose, expression, and hand/arm! The kelp is very rich and well shaded.
I really hope you are able to finish the other side of the bookmark
