A new product line with which I am playing: mini fairy top hats!! This one is a handmade red top hat that's been festooned with plenty of black dots and clear rhinestones. It is also decorated with a spray of felt hearts in red, white and black and hand crafted rosettes.

The hat has been attached at a jaunty angle to a matching ribbon wrapped headband .
