Description

I wanted to do a full bio for my latest and first Pony OC, and here she is with a few emotive faces.

I've got a few other OCs in the making too, but for now, heres Mint's bio

Name: Mint Shortcake

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She, Her

Race: Unicorn

Sexual Orientation: Bi-sexual (leaning more toward guys)

Personality: Strong willed, confidant, Tomboy, friendly

Occupation: Freelancer (mostly takes jobs dealing with troublesome monsters)

Likes: Good quality cakes, travelling, her friends, magic duals

Dislikes: Liquorish, bullies picking on her friends, getting flustered around those she finds attractive.

Mint comes from a family of bakers, who have lived in Canterlot for generations. Mint has four brothers (three older, one younger), all of whom are working in the family business.

Mint is different from her family in one very obvious way however, she is a big pony, but the rest of her family are thin.

Mint’s grandmother has been plus sized all her life and Mint evidently inherited her grandmother’s weight and even since she was a filly she was very chubby. This did cause Mint to get picked on a lot, but she has learned how to handle it and to this day, no pony is able to get under skin about it.

Mint will never be thin, but thanks to her granny’s advice and experience, she has accepted it and is happy with who she is.

She does exercise regularly and does an occasional diet, so as not to get as big as her grandmother had in the past.

Mint eventually chose to branch out on her own when she reached the age of fifteen and did not join the family business. Instead she chose to join a Unicorn school that specialises in combative magic and also where she met a fellow Unicorn who became one of her currant best friends.

While her parents were a little disappointed, they accepted Mint’s decision (but her mother does try to coax her back whenever she sees her)

By the age of eighteen she graduated the school and went Freelance with her skills. These days she takes all sorts of jobs but tends to get hired a lot to handle dangerous monsters that may threaten pony settlements.

These days Mint is usually based in Ponyville, but she owns a small airship that she uses to travel wherever her work takes her.
