The more I look at this picture, the more I want to say it. So... I'm gonna say it.
I do like how this picture came out, and actually it motivates me enough that I might actually try to draw the character. However, as a picture, I must say this, I think it would look a lot better if the top of the giant kids head wasn't chopped off the edge. It just seems to weaken the picture.
That said, I love how the picture came out. The theme is awesome. I do want to know though, what does it say around his neck? Just something random? Shirt manufacturer? Team name?
And one last thing. Was there a reason you had him go with laced shoes? Still looks good, just wondering on that one. Most people put their super heroes in laceless boots or something usually.
So.... would you mind if I did draw him? Figured if I'm already leaving a comment I should ask first...

Yeah, the head, sorry about that ^_^ I noticed the camera shift that caused this a little too late, when the render was more than halfway done already, and I was too lazy to start all over again.
The writing on his neck is the suit's serial number, I believe - I need to dig up the texture to clearly see what's written there, but if I remember correctly, it's just some random numbers and letters.
As for the shoes - I wanted them to come up to his shins, and the only shoe model that I could find that matched this requirement was this laced high-top variant, so I had to stick with that.
I'd be happy to see a drawing of that character, of course! That would be great.

I kinda figured something like that happened. I don't know how your rendering programs work, but it seems like once it starts to render something, it's done and there isn't much going back to fix something. We shall just have to ignore that for now. Just claim that the lizard creature was your focus, right?
So... if I was to draw this... don't worry about what it says? I'd have to put something there, as I kinda like the feel it adds to the character. It seems to be a detail that just catches the eye and makes you think.
So if I was to draw this... should I worry about the shoes being laced, or make them the more typical unlaced boots? I kinda like the laced. It's something different.
If I do (no promises as life seems to be fairly busy), I'll make sure to link you to it in a comment! I don't know how I'd show growing in size, but I've got a faint idea what I might do...

Yeah, in the original texture the writing is just something like a serial number. I like the idea of it being the team's name or something, though.
As for the shoes, I don't think you should worry about them 
I hope you will have fun drawing this, if you find time to do it. Your characters are so cute ^_^
