This is a path in Astley Park. It was a cold frosty evening 30/12/08 and i took this shot in very low light and hightlighted and edited.Related content

The foreground being so bright. I know it's pretty predictable for that to happen with like flash in the dark etc. But it's like making whatever's ahead .. unknown, nearly mysterious?

I like how you did this one. As a Pagan, Winter represents death of the old and as Spring approaches, we celebrate the rebirth of the new. The darkness in theis photo shows that death of the old and I just really like that. But you left a little light at the end of the road and for me, that shows the rebirth coming soon

i like this one, i would prefer if it got darker as your eye follows the road into the distance. solid black in photographs can provoke great atmospheres if its used well.

i LOVE this. black and white photos are my favorite. there's a lot you can do with them that color just takes away. it's both creepy and beautifly simple at the same time.

Excellent shot..it reminds me of one of those scary movies too, the one were the girl is stupid enough to be walking down a deserted road looking behind her every few seconds.. Love the lighting.
