I don't know how fitting the title really is... but that was the working title, and the only one I can think of, so whatever. Their faces are a little creeps, sooo... yeah.IT'S FUKASE AND OLIVER!!! The halfblind rulers of the universe!
Oh I had SO MUCH FUN drawing this... it was just as enjoyable to draw as Hat Swap!
That background is actually a blend of two backgrounds I made for some older pics.... mixed together with a few gradients and crap. I didn't really know what to put there, so I just played around with my premade backgrounds and gradients and hoped for the best XD
