I posted this a few days ago on Instagram for Stella's birthday and now I'm posting it here to write down a little more concept ^^

I know there are already a few fan transformations called Hopix (like BlingWing 's which is a form I really like x3) but I wanted to use that word for the concept And I hope it's enough different from the others at least!
The first idea came to me when while driving I saw sun rays coming down from the cloudy sky, it's a thing I always love seeing, it looks so otherwordly! So the initial concept formed around clouds and light rays.
The next step was to choose a character and obviously it fell on Stella because, sun of course, and it was her birthday XD

I developed the look for her keeping in mind her own style, so making it fancy and royal, but also have a hint of comfort and nostalgia, in her hairstyle and wings. For the color palette, we have orange for her main color and the white fabric has accents of blues (in the original sketch, I played with gradient maps so that kinda disappeared XD).
Since it's a sketch the details are still really rough, we'd have some cloudy lace on the socks and leotard, silver jewelry and pearls around the design, plus silver embroidery with her motif in the sleeves trails.
I wanted the wings to be medium size, so like Mythix/Sirenix and have a more solid shape calling back to their MW wings, and then cloud/sky textured layers to add some more personality!

For the other girls, while the cloudy concept remains, I'd like to add elements of their own powers...we'll see how that goes ^^

As for the transformation lore itself, I'm still working out the details but the main idea is that it's a form that is not earned, it is given (by some cosmic force idk) to a Guardian Fairy when their planet is in extreme need of rescuing, or needs to face a huge threat.
In Solaria's case, in the Hopix storyline basically their main Sun is decaying c: And while they have the Second Sun in the palace, plus minor stars around their space area, without the main Sun their gravity and balance is destroyed. Stella is given Hopix and has to do whatever she can to restore the Sun, even if it means giving her life for it c:
(It's like a tragic Enchantix kind of situation)
I do love some angsty AUs from time to time X'D
