So I recently watched the season 5 episode where Sam and Dean went to the mental hospital and holy shit idea time:I have this idea Sam and Dean really ARE crazy! Like they've been in the mental ward this entire time after losing their dad they both went nuts and Castiel is their sweet "angel" who protects them but he's really a nurse that watches over them both because he made a vow that he'd keep them both safe. Lucifer is Sam's main hallucination.

Yeah i was gonna say also Crowley was one of their roommates. Bobby came and visited as much as he could while Meg was the annoying girl who messed with both of them. But the Winchester brothers' codependency makes them harder to help cause they refuse to be separated.
