Keeping the fingerprints and stuff away honestly just requires a lot of smoothing. You can also give a final brush with turpenoid or a similar alcohol, but you have to be careful because too much will melt right through your clay. Honestly I usually just use water.
The clay I used for this one is super sculpy.
