Anyways, i'm here to talk about this character, now i know, i know, who cares? Am i right? everybody talks about their oc and stuff. Its basically a topic milked the fuck out of existance but, for those who like a little bit of story telling, i'm gonna tell you about this character.

Enter Chie Booker, age 21, Female human.
She was given a gift from an extinct alien species during her travels in space, the gift being able to stop time completely and move freely inside said time stop. But not being native to this newfound power she can only stop time for 60 seconds, the more she uses her time stop, the longer her time stop lasts. Despite the ability being absolutely powerful, she's as strong as any human, and compare that strength to literally any animal, its not an impressive feat, surely extraterrestrial organisms are likely to be no different, maybe even stronger.
She prefers her coffee light with milk and sugar. She's also the type of person who doesn't really talk unless she has something to say. That being said, Chie isn't tough at all. Chie's just your average person who enjoys reading, cooking and using her holo device. She has two friends, Nile and Lyra.
Chie lives in New amsterdam.
The year is 1994.
