hi, i was thinking, i was looking at this then i looked at the original, and in a way its a little better, but overall it's still too dark and there's a lot of magenta in the skin tone... it makes me wonder about the calibration of your monitor.
I gave it a go, if you were thinking more along the lines of natural and improving the brightness and colour tones, see what you think:

ya, i was thinking so, though the eyes werent the bulk of the edit, i was more concentrating on the skin tone and brightness
