Is a DC/Marvel crossover spy parody film and the twenty-fourth in the Batman Beyond series.

The story sees Batman pitted against the global criminal organisation of the supernatural Ghost Rider and their enigmatic leader Johnathan "Johnny" Blaze, who plans to launch a national surveillance network to mastermind criminal activities across the globe.

A cryptic message from Batman's past sends him on a trail to uncover the existence of a sinister organisation of the supernatural named Ghost Rider. With a new threat dawning, Batman learns the terrible truth about the author of all his plan in his most recent missions.

A cryptic message from the past leads Batman to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets the beautiful widow of an infamous criminal. After infiltrating a secret meeting, the Dark Knight uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation of the supernatural Ghost Rider. Needing the help of the daughter of an old nemesis, he embarks on a mission to find her. As Batman ventures toward the heart of Ghost Rider, he discovers a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks.

Nicolas Cage as Ghost Rider (born Johnathan "Johnny" Blaze), Batman's nemesis and the mysterious mastermind behind Ghost Rider, as well as the puppeteer responsible for a series of recent events in Batman's life, motivated by a longstanding grudge against him.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Dr. Dinah Laurel Lance Drake aka Black Canary, a psychiatrist working at a private medical clinic in the Austrian Alps, and the daughter of Mr. Freeze.

Brock Peters as Lucius Fox, Wayne's quartermaster who outfits Batman with equipment for use in the field from Wayne Enterprises.

Melissa Gilbert as Barbara Gordon aka Oracle, a former agent who left the field to become Wayne's assistant.

Adam West as The Grey Ghost. Ghost Rider's top assassin.

Nicholas Turturro as DeadMan (Boston Brand), Head of the new Justice League Intelligence Service, an an agent for Ghost Rider, heavily involved with their plan to merge nine national intelligence agencies into the Nine Lives Committee run by CatWoman, thus allowing Ghost Rider the power to take over the world.

Bob Hastings as Jim Gordon, the GCPD Chief of Staff.

Alfred Molina as Mr. Freeze, a fugitive from GCPD and Wayne Enterprises and a former senior figure in Ghost Rider's Quantum subsidiary, as portrayed in Casino NightWing and Quantum of Arkham, now dying from thallium poisoning like his wife Nora before him after falling from Ghost Rider's favour over his reservations relating to human trafficking.

Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, the wife of assassin Kite Man.

Kevin Conroy as Wayne, head of GCPD and Wayne Enterprises.

Kayley Cuoco as Harley Quinn, a Suicide Squad agent who accompanies on his mission to assassinate Kite Man.

Matt OBerg as Charles "Chuck" Brown (Kite Man), a Ghost Rider agent whom Batman kills in the pre-title sequence of the movie.

Diedrich Bader as Batman's predecessor Wayne, who posthumously gives Batman his mission.
