Is a DC crime drama parody film and tells the story of Gotham refugee Arnold Wesker aka The Ventriloquist who arrives in 1980s BludHaven with nothing and rises to become a powerful drug lord thanks to one evil puppet named Scarface.

In 1980 BludHaven, a determined ventriloquist take over a drug cartel and succumbs to greed from one evil puppet.

The film stars Arnold Wesker, an exiled Ventriloquist criminal who goes to work for BludHaven drug lord Oswald Cobblepot. The Ventriloquist rises to the top of Gotham's crime chain, appropriating Oswald's coke-head pussycat mistress in the process. Bruce Wayne's "Batman's on the Spot" motif in depicting the story line's many murders in dispensed with in the 1983 Scarface the Puppet; instead, we are inundated with blood by the bucketful thanks to the Ventriloquist's puppet, especially in the now infamous buzz saw scene. One carry over is Arnold Wesker's incestuous yearnings for his girl Harley.
