This is really nice! You have this clampish sorta thing going on and the inking is really neat!!
Your use of technique is also really good! Its a good pic with good bg added. The only thing I can say about this is that the character's pose seems a bit off with the bg cos she's a really small focus in the pic so maybe her cropped bigger or smaller bg or closeup would be great.

I love the mood and playfulness of the girl...the details are very interesting...I also love the way you've captured the "soul" of the drawing...however the stance and positions of the hands are a bit questionable...still, a drawing well done without criticism of any kind isn't a drawing at all! by that i mean that you did a considerable good job! yay 4 you!
