Hey there, I'm from  and I thought I might try and rustle up a quick critique for you.

 First let me say that you've done some excllent improvement from when you were younger ( assuming that picture in the back is a display of past skill). You've developed and excellent touch for shading ( a bit smudged in areas but that'll improve quickly) and you're making good progress with the anatomy, especially the hands.

As for the parts that could use some help, mostly the problems lie with the left arm. Right now it's bending/ curving very weirdly, creating a distorted, horror-like impression that I'm not sure you were aiming four. The largest reason for this is where it looks like you placed the elbow ( a little to the left of the left most flower) and how you immediately move into a concave line that continues into the babe's hand. Most basically, this is a problem because the arm is straight but you've made it looks curved. On a more complicated detail, babies arms don't have any inward curves at all ( or only very slight ones) they look more like stacks of donuts than anything, so a generally outward curving outline. 
 For fixes, take the elbow and shift it downward until it alines with the crease in the babe's arm. Next, draw a faint line from your starting point (I'd say somewhere between the elbow and the crease) to the end point, in this case the wrist. Add a cylinder around the line and then start working from there, probably working outward slightly because of the babe's chubby nature.
