Description Why can't I do pixel art? This is actually the best attempt I made at a penguin

I just really wanted to make an entry for ^ShoneGold 's Penguin Parade Collaboration

So.. this is it! I got a reference for the mouth from a picture of woody the woodpecker

Please any suggestions for improvement are very welcome!

edit: Changed his eyes so he's looking straight forward, as suggested by ~Sidux and I did try some dithering (suggested by *Marc-pHX ) but it went so wrong I got rid of it again D: Thanks for the help!

hey, it's not bad you just need a little more practice, you can do wonderful emotes, with a little practice you can create great pixel art as well

no problem you just need a little practice :3 it's easy to feel like you're making a lot of crap when you're not doing what you're usually comfortable with. but you're managing pretty well
