Nico Robin pushed the har back from her head, lifting her sunglasses to the brim. This place was utterly amazing. For being a complete void, it seemed to be overflowing with all manner of culture and amazing creatures. True, most of them were constantly changing from one odd form to another, but she wasn't unaccustomed to seeing that happen on her many adventures; check box on another odd place. She was just on her own this time.

"There!" Robin heard over her shoulder, and turned. A woman: one side a mix of blue and purple flesh, the other a clockwork collection of cogs and circuitry, dressed all in ruddy leathers. This cyborg woman landed with a satisfying gravel crunch next to her, like something out of a 70's kungfu movie. The woman stood from crouch, almost as tall as Robin's own two-meter frame, but felt definitely more imposing. Robin nodded in greeting, to which the cyborg woman tensed. Robin then, instinctively, decided to activate the Hana Hana no Mi her new arms grasping around Nebula's ankles, knees, thighs and waist, arms, shoulders and head, holding her fast. About to apologize for having to keep her so still, Nebula simply smiled.

"Made you look!"

Before Robin could ask, she felt a tugging at her back. Turning around, she saw a much shorter woman in a black and white jester's costume, tugging heavily on a long, ropy strand of pink, cloudy goo. And the goo was coming out of Robin's back! The jester squeezed, wove quickly (like doing a cat's cradle) and released the ropy strand with a horrible snap that sent Robin tumbling head over heels to the gravel.

The jester looked apologetic. "I'm really sorry... but this is a war, not a popularity contest. And right now..." Robin scarcely hear her over the deafening and hollow hissing coming from within her. Within seconds, gas distended her rail-thin body into a massive zeppelin, puffing her cheeks, breasts, stomach, everything. Then, with nothing but her own muffled mmmmmf! to defend her, she drifted lazily, if quickly, off the platform.

"…and right now," the jester repeated, "… you've been voted best distraction."
