Nice! The hair and eyes are great as usual. XD The shading and highlights are also very subtly smooth, and the outlines are done very well!~ She doesn't look ugly, it's good for your first try.
Her body (from the top, anyway) looks a little like she's facing backwards and looking behind her. Not too sure as I'm bad at that kind of thing, but it might be the fully outlined head...like I say, I'm not sure why.
