-please send me a reference, or image of your character so that I can see *most* of the design, i will not go off a description

-DRAGON ONLY

-can be wings of fire, yes, as long as it is YOUR OC that you OWN!!

-do not ask for more added into the ref

-only thing I am going change is the character. I will make the dragon to better suit your character (ex: different horn shape, thicker tail, different scales, etc)

**** if your character is complex I may simplify it, please keep this in mind ****

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN BY THE RAFFLE WINNER AND THEY CONTINUE TO PRESSURE ME WHEN INFORMED THEY ARE BREAKING MY RULES, THEY ARE NO LONGER A WINNER, AND A NEW WINNER WILL BE REDRAWN
