i can do customs! depending on how complex you want it it'd either be 250pts for not very complex and 450pts for complex!
if you want it somewhere in the middle though 35pts is fine :-0

I'm not so into complex characters, so I'm thinking it'll be somewhere between 250-350. But you can give me a quote after you've designed her, if that's easier.
Beware, I am incredibly specific about some parts and there are other parts that are totally up to you. :0 But feel free to ask any questions of clarification.
What I'd like:
Female cat. The "base" color for her fur should be mostly white, but I want her to have spots/patches of a darker [natural] color (your choice of color) Mostly large patches and also a few small ones, but not dozens of small ones like a dalmatian has. Hm... Definitely a patch over one of her ears and eyes. X3 And a patch on her butt so that her whole tail is the secondary darker color. But with a white tip on the end.
You can throw in an unnatural color or two there if you want, for accessories and/or for some of the smaller spots or something.
But basically, if there's one word you can think of for this design, it's asymmetric. And cat, lol.
