Probably the most loved demon among ponyfolk: Pynki Pæ, Bringer of joy and Queen of festivities.

She loves a good party, and boy do her followers throw her a big party whenever she's summoned! She loves sweets of all kinds, but has a particular taste for cupcakes; namely, cupcakes made out of one's flesh. They tend to be the most important part of the ceremony to bring her into the waking world, of course- along with a long, straight-maned, pony effigy made out of meat. (it's her ticket to take form and enter this world!)

She's quite literally the life of this party-ritual. Once summoned, she makes sure everyone has a good time! Some sacrifices had to be made for those cupcakes she loves oh so much, unfortunately, but it's all worth it if she can make everypony smile. Her very aura/presence is what her followers tend to develop an addiction for- since it brings pure serotonin and euphoria.
